We found this property through Hyatt association with Mr & Mrs Smith, as an aside we’ve been quite pleased with all from the portfolio we have sampled. The property is listed on the Google map as a Design Hotel which is Marriott. I asked and “they are applying” in a word . I don’t believe they can do both and I really don’t like Marriott’s touch. Any view the property is superb. We’ve started to different times once in a Chambre Irancy, once in a suite. Both are wonderful accommodations, large and comfortable. Irancy has a very tricky shower. The suite has a moldy smell but not horridly so. The suite has a marvelous kitchen and sitting area as well as a king bed and bath upstairs with a highly superior shower! Breakfast is quite satisfactory with egg to order. The dinner was as fine as we’ve had in a small location. Very highly recommended by a very fussy man

The management and staff are exemplary. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home - nothing was a trouble. This is some of the best service experienced anywhere.

A real gem. We stayed 4 nights in one of the 2-story bedroom townhouses near the pool. The property is spectacular. The pool warm. The staff friendly and helpful. A great breakfast and the location is superb for touring Burgundy. We did day drives to Vezelay with its beautiful church at the top of the hill (yes, walk up), Fontenay Abbey, Chablis, Avallon and the beautiful town of Auxerre only 15 minutes away. Dinner is available at the Chateau by reservations some evenings but we went into Auxerre each evening to walk around and dine.

Great Chateau with new added rooms and pool in a fully new seperate building, modern style. and the best.. it's totally quiet in nature. Close to Chablis (approx 20min drive). Staff is very friendly and food (Dinner) is excellent.

I am so glad that we stumbled onto this Chateau hotel. It was the perfect relaxing place to stay before going to Paris. We had never been to the Chablis area before, and it is incredibly beautiful. We booked one of the duplex rooms off the pool, and we loved it. One thing to note is that the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. The room was very comfortable and the bed and linens were also very comfortable. After a week of travel and dining out, we very much appreciated having a kitchen! The pool was lovely to swim in. We didn't take advantage of the spa. Maybe next time. I also want to mention how wonderful, kind, and generous the staff is. They are extremely attentive. They helped us book a few wine tastings, which we enjoyed. They were also very gracious and helpful when we came back on the later side and forgot to bring the code to get back in. Additionally, the breakfast was simple but great and for dinner the restaurant was excellent and a real treat. All in all, we were delighted by our stay and would absolutely stay there again!

We had rental car issues and the hotel was beyond helpful in accommodating us. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast quite special and dinner first rate. Thank you to all at the hotel who so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel.
